Works great on the iPhone, you barely notice is there. I like it because you can slide the phone in your pockets very easily... impossible to do with silicon protectors.

ALMOST exactly what I expected... the gun-metal grey has a tiny bit of sparkle in it, but i can live with it. The case fits perfectly though and is very low-profile which I like. Shipping was super-fast.

If the phone falls down on a rough surface on it's corner, slightly face down then iPhones shiny border surface is bound to get damaged. Happened to me in a parking lot floor with this skin on. The main problem is the corner is protected only half way through. I would not recommend this. Go for those silicone skins which completely cup the corners including iphone's shiny edge.
