Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
While capacitive touch screens are great, one flaw is the inability to use a stylus. Not anymore! BoxWave's Capacitive Stylus allows you to use your iPad without ever touching the screen with your finger.  Perfect for the ladies out there who have their nails done, or for those who don't want to take their gloves off during a cold day. The Capacitive Stylus is conveniently sized, and designed like a pen to fit just about anywhere.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent design   August 23, 2010

This is a wonderful, functional stylus. I was pleasantly surprised by the lanyard with a device that slips into the headphone jack of the phone or iPad. It makes it easy to carry with you. I love it for all of the apps that use handwriting. It is so much neater and easier than using my finger!

Order the Lunar Blue Stylus, and after 2 days received an email from Boxwave stating they were out of stock. They asked if I wanted to change colors (as Amazon automatically cancels orders if not fulfilled in a weeks time) or wait until first part of September to get the blue. I can understand being out of stock, what I don't understand is not updating Amazon, nor their homepage until 2 Days after I ordered the item?? I had already paid for the Lunar Blue. I already feel it is a bit overpriced, and then when contacted no real apology was given, no compensation of any part offered. I was really upset by this. When asked what kind of compensation they could offer or if they could expedite the shipment of my new order of a different color. I was told no. They did say that my order would be processed as a priority. HA. Again... 2 days later it was processed, and then shipped. So here I am where it should have been only 3-5 business to get my stylus, it is now taking 10-12 days and I am not even getting the one I wanted because of a mistake on their part by not updating their inventory. As I am sure this is a quality stylus, and better then the others, I doubt that I will buy from them ever again.

4 out of 5 stars You won't find better, but it suffers from dwarfism.   August 6, 2010

Just wanted to write a quick note to say that although this stylus is very likely the best buy in terms of its style, feel, durability, performance... if you're using it with the iPad you will probably be bothered by its dwarfish stature. The stylus is not as long as an ordinary pen or pencil. It's about half-sized, which makes it nicely portable, but it means your hand will sometimes have the tendency to rest on the surface of the iPad while you use the stylus. Since that creates a two-point touch or worse, you may destroy your writing or drawing in an instant. I did. Hard to find iPad applications with a useful implementation of "undo" if you hear what I'm saying. This stylus will require you (and me) to learn how to use it at a unique angle. I wish it were more like using an ordinary pen. Perhaps if I wear a glove on my writing hand, the iPad will ignore any accidental touch. But then I'd be wearing a single glove. I think that style went 'out' some time ago.

5 out of 5 stars More Durable Than the Pogo Sketch,   August 5, 2010

I bought a Pogo Sketch to use with my iPad and at first I was elated. However, I used the pen quite a bit with the Penultimate app. In a few weeks the tip had flattened to the point that metal was starting to scrape the screen. I then ordred this Boxwave stylus and realized that I had been eating hamburger before when I could have had steak. The Capacitive Stylus tip is much harder and will last many months (years) longer than the Pogo. The harder tip also produces less friction so it is much smoother. I have a Zagg protective screen on my iPad is it works great with it. It is kinda expensive, but in the end you'll be glad that you spent the extra money. One thing that I hope they will change is the length of the attachment cable. It is made for an iPhone (and not an iPad). One end snaps into the headphone jack as an anchor. It it were longer, it would be of great use.
